What’s Included: Discounts or bundled rates for multi-visit plans.
A typical 3-month plan includes regular check-ins
at least once a week, bi-weekly or tri-monthly.
Pricing:
$300 to $600 for 3 months (based on service frequency and coverage)
**Some policies specify a maximum duration that a property can remain unoccupied before a visit is required. This can be as short as 10 days. A bi-weekly inspection wouldn't fall in this requirement, which is why we recommend tri-monthly visits.
